Line components

The main components of the B+S stretch-bend-levelling lines are the decoiler to take up the coil, brake bridle block for strip back tension, the levelling machine where the strip is flattened, the tension bridle block to create strip tension and the recoiler to re-wind the flattened strip.

It is standard for us to upgrade our stretch-bend-levelling lines with a choice of additional machines and aggregates such as a coil car, automatic strip feeding system, deflection rollers with integrated tension measuring, measuring device before the levelling machine and strip edge control for decoiling and recoiling.
