Add-on components

B+S stretch-bend-levelling lines can be upgraded with a variety of additional machines and aggregates. In this way we can meet the demands of each individual client.

For example:

• Ink-jet printer and labelling device which, in connection with a thickness measuring device, mark strip areas which are either too thick or too thin.
• Strip accumulator at the exit, so that small coils can be produced without stopping the line.
• Oiling device
• Edge trimming shear to cut and trim the strip edges
• Cropping shear to cut and commission at line entry and exit
• Noise insulation cabin
• Automatic coil transport systems for coils and sleeves
